What is a digital shift book?
A software solution that documents all shift procedures, tasks, events, handovers and instructions completely and in real time. It replaces paper shift logs with central, always-available records, audit trails and automatic time stamps – in production, logistics, chemicals, food, automotive, energy and water as well as facility and service management.
What is a digital shift handover?
Passing shift-relevant information from the outgoing to the incoming shift: open tasks, faults and events, plant states and current instructions. Digitally, they are recorded during the shift and handed to the next shift in a structured way. Every entry carries a time stamp and author – even weeks later you can trace which information went to whom and when.
What are the benefits of a digital shift book?
